Protein 85 ist ein 3-Komponenten-Protein (enthält 3 Proteinarten) mit 85 % Proteingehalt absolut und 90 % in der Trockenmasse. Die drei Proteinkomponenten sind so gewählt, dass sich die Aminosäuren der einzelnen Proteine gegenseitig biologisch ergänzen und eine biologische Wertigkeit von BV 124 (je nach Referenz BV 128 oder noch höher) entsteht. Darüber hinaus werden die Aminosäuren werden „timereleased”, also retardiert bzw. zeitlich freigegeben. Protein 85 trägt somit effektiv zum Aufbau und Erhalt von Muskelmasse bei.
Verzehrempfehlung:
Nehmen Sie täglich eine Portion von 30 g Proteinpulver (2 gestrichene Messlöffel bzw. 3 gehäufte Esslöffel) und 300 ml Wasser oder alternativ Magermilch gemixt. Für optimale Ergebnisse wird die Zubereitung im Shaker oder Mixer empfohlen. Anwendungstipp: Für optimale Ergebnisse trinken viele Athleten bis zu vier Portionen am Tag, wobei die Einnahmen morgens nach dem Aufwachen, vor und nach dem Training sowie vor dem Zubettgehenbesonders effektiv sind.
